Constant Surveillance is the foundation of ever greater Ruling Class power

Our lives are increasingly under constant surveillance. With this surveillance our behaviors are being cataloged, analyzed and predicted with big data and artificial intelligence. Here are some of the ways that the Ruling Class is constantly watching us:

All this intimate and previously private information is enabling the Ruling Class to create a modern panopticon where offending behavior and deviating thoughts can be noticed, controlled and punished. The artificial Intelligence used by the Enabling Class is enabling "deviant" behavior to be flagged even if no crimes are involved. A disagreement or lack of enthusiasm with Ruling Class doctrines might be all that would be required for flagging. With AI, flagging and targeted observation can be scaled and conducted without armies of Enabling Class observers.
A Survival Class that is under constant and intimate observation will be more pliable to the desires of the Ruling Class. Under this scenario, the Ruling Class will become more powerful while the Survival Class will become less free…. less human.
Foreshadowed in George Orwell Nineteen Eighty-Four novel - “telescreens” were a constant surveillance system causing fear and anxiety for the observed who might deviate from the whimsical Ruling Class party line. (Called Big Brother in the novel.) Even facial expressions needed to be hidden so as to not draw attention that a “thought crime” was being committed.
